I am a wedding + family photographer and filmmaker living with my family in Northern California. My approach to capturing weddings and families is documentary and creative. I capture all of the expected moments and formals, but my favorite’s are always the unplanned ones. I am inspired by music, cinema, travel (take me to the english countryside), the couples I photograph and shooting on my film cameras.

    I listen closely to the rhythm of my couples — the quiet glances, the bursts of laughter, the warmth that lingers in between. I do my best work when I can melt into the day, not as an outsider, but as a quiet witness to the unfolding story. I follow the current of the moment, capturing its pulse and turning it into art.

    I move freely, drawn by light, emotion, and connection. When needed (usually for couples portraits), I’ll gently guide things to help create something beautiful together. But my lens is drawn to the real smiles, the unscripted joy, the moments where you're not performing—but simply being. Because the most beautiful stories never need to be staged.

    There’s no formula for your photographs

  • I usually create tailored proposals based on your vision and requirements. These proposals include film costs and travel up to 2.5 hours from the greater Sacramento area.

  • For sure! It’s a great idea to take a handful of formal group shots, I think they’re an important part of the day. I do recommend keeping these to the essential ones (wedding party, immediate families, etc) so we don’t eat into too much of your precious time.

  • I deliver your images via an online, password protected gallery for you to view, download and share. Easy peasy.

  • I welcome you to fill out my contact form. Once received and ensured we’re a good fit, I’ll create a contract and require a small deposit to secure your booking.
